Advance payments (typically 25–50% of the tour cost) and final balance payments (due 120–60 days prior to departure) are nonrefundable and should only be submitted if you are fully committed to participating in the tour. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to cancel or appear for a scheduled tour remains the responsibility of the participant. Tour itineraries and daily activities may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, travel delays, or events beyond our reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
